Forging the foundation.

All EPA works including public drainage, underground services, and common driveway were completed at the end
of January 2022.

‍

Excavation works have started, and a retaining wall along the northern and eastern boundary has been constructed. Auckland Construction Group have begun foundation works, with most footing, piling, and beams now in place. We expect to have completed all under-slab plumbing by mid February.

Target milestone for this quarter is completion of the foundation slab. Expected completion date for the project is end of December 2022.

2— Unit 3&4 Block and hardfill ready for underslab plumbing.

3— Concrete block foundation completed, traydec ready to be installed.
